Cancellation Policy

By booking a session you agree to and are legally bound to the following terms and conditions: The client (Lessee) shall not modify or otherwise alter the Photographer's (Lessor’s) photographic materials; this can include but is not limited to social media filters, cropping, AI etc. The Lessee shall never distribute or make available for download/reproduction any of Lessor’s media to Vendors or Publications without the written consent of Lessor prior. The Lessee agrees that no RAW format or unedited files shall be available at anytime for any purpose and remain the sole, intellectual property of the Lessor. All edited media taken by the Lessor and/or their assistant remain the sole, copyrighted, intellectual property of the Lessor, even after full payment and distribution to the Lessee. The Lessor may use and distribute media for personal use only - Media should not, however, be used for the use of financial gain and may not, under any circumstances, be cropped, edited, or otherwise altered without the Lessor’s consent - this includes social media filters or other platform editing software. All sessions are subject to a non-refundable retainer. In the event of cancellation of the session, notice must be made in writing 14 days prior to the session date to receive any refund. Notice sent after this timeframe will forfeit any refunds. In the event of needing to reschedule the session, notice must be made in writing 14 days prior to the session date. Notice given after this timeframe will result in a 15% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling of the session will be at the Lessor's discretion and availability. If the session cannot be rescheduled for any reason, please refer to the cancellation policies above. The Lessor, Rebecca Barnes, owner of Underhill Imagery, give full rights to the Lessee to print and share images and video clips online for their personal use so long as the files remain in the original edited format, proper credit is given when posting online to prevent theft and fraud, and images are not sold for monetary gain.
